Our Philosophy

Creativity is at the heart of our teaching philosophy. Our aim is to ignite curiosity, to harness creativity and guide our students on their journey of learning. We recognise that individuals have a pace and style of learning that best suits them and we seek to tailor our approach to the requirements of each student. We aim to challenge our students, to expand ideas, build understanding and nurture confidence.

Our tutors share our ethos. Like us they believe that learning should be an enjoyable and rewarding experience. They have been carefully chosen for their talent as teachers and their enthusiasm for their subject. They have all been DBS checked and personally interviewed by us before joining our team.

The Studio

At Silver Tongue we are passionate about learning and have created a bright, open studio space where our teaching takes place.

 

Online Tuition.

We also offer tuition online. We ensure clear visual and auditory transmission with the option of several different platforms to facilitate the best quality for international connections and pupils in the UK. Our aim is to provide the very best online tuition experience that rivals our in-person lessons.

A word about Covid-19.

 

We want our students to have an experience of learning that feels normal. It is important to us that they feel safe and relaxed when they attend classes and that they feel connected to a wider learning community. We have adapted our studio space and working practices following health guidance and will continue to offer on-site classes for as long as it is safe to do so. In the event of a lockdown we will move all our teaching online.
