Think Camp: Storytelling

In this course students will have an all encompassing story telling experience. Designed to inspire the imagination and extend creative writing skills, come and bring your stories to life. Learn how to storyboard, build your own characters and tell your own tale. Explore different ways of writing and performing your story both written and visual.

Covering important literacy techniques and structures used in creative writing as well as igniting a passion and appreciation for stories.

Think Camp : The Art of Arguing

Join us in expressing, exploring and exchanging ideas! What makes a good argument?

This camp will gives students of all abilities the chance to find their own voice and give form to their thoughts. We will explore philosophical and current global affairs in an open and friendly environment. It will develop their critical thinking, communication and oratory skills. We will examine the structure of an argument, how formal debates work and the importanve of alternative perspectives.

7+,11+ Crash Course

Saturdays September 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th

13:00-15:00 £50/Saturday session

Crash course in the essential components of 7+ & 11+ common entrance exams. Build and consolodate your child’s knowledge and give them the boost they need. Practice exam technique and brush up on the syllabus for English, Maths, Verbal Reasoning and Non-Verbal Reasoning.

Each course or camp we explore a new topic with contextual knowledge, open discussion and experimentation.

Our Workshops

We offer a wide range of workshops that aim to strengthen core skills and broaden the learning experience. At the heart of this programme is the desire to foster a love of learning and part of that process lies in discovering what an individual is good at.

The breadth of our workshops give students the opportunity to try new things. Some build upon obvious skills sets essential to the national curriculum, such as the creative writing courses. Others like our oratory course develop debating, critical thinking and rhetoric skills as well as contextual analysis.

Maths, What's the Point?

Come and find out! Explore some of the everyday applications of maths from shopping to video games, and space shuttles. Not only is maths vital, it is fun!

Anime & Art History

From Da Vinci to Studio Ghibili, this course builds a knowledge of drawing techniques and art history. Focussing on anime methods students develop their own illustration skills.
